Twisted Cellar - Wine and Spirits - Bishop's Stortford
Twisted Cellar began in Bishop’s Stortford in 2018. As Merchants of the Less Ordinary, their aim is to bring unique wines, spirits and beers to customers in Bishop’s Stortford and online across the UK. The team at Twisted Cellar needed an EPOS system which would allow stock management for their bricks and mortar shop and their online retail system. With a relatively small team they needed a system that would be easy to use and on-board for the whole team without long training or confusing functions. Twisted Cellar Founder, Joe, started searching for local POS providers after initially working with another provider. Joe and the team found that their product was not fit for purpose and the after an initial consultation Darren and the TruPos team were able to create a bespoke system. Joe explains: “We have been working with Darren and the True POS team now for nearly a year and we are really happy with the system and support provided. Before, using our old system, we had no reporting or stock control linked to the website, so the Good Till system has enabled us to report and forecast on this and really take control of our success at Twisted Cellar.” Using the True POS iPad EPOS solution, the team at Twisted Cellar run both the retail and bar side of their business under one system which has streamlined their operation and driven productivity. “Darren provided some fantastic options for the business that truly opened new doors for us. He listened to what we required and took the time to understand our business and where we were heading,” adds Joe. In-depth training and support were key to the implementation, explains Joe: “Darren trained our team and pops back in to provide more in-depth training with staff when required.
